Counter Offer Mediation Service:
In the event that a candidate is not satisfied with the structure of a job offer, ITCRS can provide a Senior Consultant to mediate between the candidate and the employer. The ITCRS mediator will present a counter-offer to the employer on behalf of the candidate. The mediator will repeat the counter-offer process on behalf of both parties as many times as necessary until an agreement is reached, or until one of the parties withdraws from the negotiations.
