    We specialize in IT staffing, candidate recruiting, position placement, contractor placement, special project assignments, consulting, and IT support services. ITCRS reviews and substantiates the skill levels on all of its IT professionals.

    We carefully match their skill levels to the specific qualifications required by an employer. This would include their ability to install, operate, support, maintain, manage, administrate or consult any on any type of information technology application or platform.

    ITCRS closely integrates with our employer clients to create a cordial and professional relationship resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    A company's most import assets are its people, and locating the right personnel for your company is our specialty.

    SERVICES:

    Personal Services:
    ITCRS is a full service IT staffing, placement, and project assignment Company. We are conveniently located in Rocky Point Orion Center near the Tampa International airport. We service the entire Tampa Bay area. Our staff of IT professionals work closely with employers to service their staffing, special projects and technical support needs.

    We offer private conference rooms for interviewing and business meetings. Conference rooms are equipped with: T1 Internet connections, telephone and video conferencing, power point presentations, clerical support services and refreshments. (Pre scheduling is required).

    ITCRS understands that most employers prefer to have their IT positions filled expeditiously. Computer hardware, software, network platforms, security applications, and support services must be effectively maintained on a daily basis.

    Given the importance of these issues, ITCRS placement specialists use extensive resources to locate qualified candidates. Each candidate is carefully evaluated to ensure that they possess the specific qualifications to meet position hiring requirements.

    ITCRS provides a placement guarantee on all candidates in the event a replacement becomes necessary.

    Recruiting and Placement:
    ITCRS possesses both local and national market recruiting expertise. IT positions require specific skills and qualifications, such as: Vendor Product Knowledge, Specialized Training, Certification Credentials, Degrees, and Direct Hands on Experience. ITCRS recruiting specialists will search the entire national market if necessary to locate qualified candidates for its clients. All candidate placements come with a replacement guarantee.

    Employment Advertising-Job Listings:
    Employers can post their job listings “free” in our employment ad register. Listings will be displayed to job seekers visiting our site searching for employment opportunities. The employers's name and contact information are not displayed in the ad. Job seekers can click on apply and submit their employment profile to the employer. Once your job or position opening has been listed, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your hiring needs and policies.       Register now and place your job listings at no cost.

    Candidate Database Access:
    Employers can access the ITCRS Candidate Database "free". This will allow the employer to directly search themselves for a candidate by using our database search engine. While this method is more time consuming for the employer, it is still an effective option for the employer to locate an ideal candidate.

    Once the employer has located a candidate in the database, they can select one of two options. The employer can contact ITCRS by phone, live online chat or email to acquire additional information on the candidate, or to schedule an interview.

    The employer also has the option of purchasing the candidates contact information directly online. This will require the use of a credit card or bank debit card. After the contact information has been purchased, the employer is free to contact the candidate directly.

    Skill Matching:
    ITCRS placement specialists integrate with employers to identify specific skill set and qualifications that are usually required to fill an IT position. Once the qualifications have been identified, ITCRS will then recruit and locate candidates that specifically possess the required skills and qualifications that match the position.

    Position/Candidate Placement:
    ITCRS understands that most employers prefer to have their IT positions filled expeditiously with qualified candidates. The efficient operation of information technology functions is critically important to companies requiring our services. Computer hardware, software, network platforms, security applications, and support services must be effectively maintained on a daily basis.

    Given the importance of these issues, ITCRS placement specialists use extensive resources. Each candidate is carefully evaluated to ensure that they possess the specific qualifications to meet position hiring requirements. Employers may interview candidates in our conferences rooms if desired. Support services and refreshments will be provided upon request.

    ITCRS provides a placement guarantee on all candidates in the event a replacement becomes necessary.

    Interview Scheduling:
    ITCRS employment consultants will coordinate and schedule interview dates/times on the behalf employer. It is our preferred policy to schedule interviewing times during normal business hours (8:00am - 6:00pm). When necessary, alternate times can be negotiated.

    Interview times are usually scheduled for the convenience of the employer. Private interviewing facilities are available at ITCRS if needed. Support services and refreshments are available upon request. Some employers prefer to have an ITCRS employment consultant available at their facilities during a scheduled interview. (Please note that ITCRS requires a two day notice prior to scheduling a consultant).

    Interview Feedback:
    ITCRS offers interview feedback reports to employers on candidates they have interviewed. In many cases we have found this helps to identify and resolve any confusing, misunderstood, or miscommunicated information that may have occurred during the interview.

    Should an employer desire a feed back report, ITCRS will contact and interview the candidate. During the interview, we will discuss and document information from the candidate on their feeling about the interview, such as: "Were you comfortable during the interview; What is your level of interest in the position; Do you need any additional information about the specifics of the position, or about the company; Would you have any reservations in accepting a position with this company?" etc.

    ITCRS will then contact the employer, and make available the appropriate information for their review.

    Background Checks
    ITCRS recommends that all employers perform a reference and background check evaluation on any candidate being considered for employment.

    ITCRS offers a highly professional service for performing these functions. ITCRS partners with A-Check America Inc., an industry leader and full-service employment screening solutions provider. A-Check America holds the ISO 9001:2000 certification and is respected across all sectors of industry. Together, ITCRS and A-Check America offer extensive services in background screening, drug screening, assessments, applicant tracking, finger printing and other related services.

    These services are carefully preformed in a discreet, highly ethical and professional manner. All information is secured, and kept strictly confidential.

    Drug Testing:
    Many companies require that employment candidates submit to a drug test before finalizing an employment offer.

    ITCRS offers a highly professional service for performing these functions. ITCRS partners with A-Check America Inc, an industry leader and full-service employment screening solutions provider. A-Check America holds the ISO 9001:2000 certification and is respected across all sectors of industry. Together, ITCRS and A-Check America offer extensive services in background screening, drug screening, assessments, applicant tracking, finger printing and other related services.

    Drug screening services consist of the following testing options: urine, blood, saliva, and hair follicle.

    These services are carefully performed in a discreet, highly ethical and professional manner. All information is secured, and kept strictly confidential.

    Employment Offers:
    Should an employer desire to make a job offer to a candidate, the employer can contact the candidate directly, make an offer by their selected method or, the employer can opt to make the offer through ITCRS.

    An ITCRS placement specialist will collect and document the offer information from the employer. After documentation is completed, the employer must approve the final draft detailing the offer. (It is the policy of ITCRS that all job/position offers must be supported with a written and signed text document). ITCRS will then contact the candidate and present the offer as specifically requested by the employer.

    The employer will be notified within one business day of the candidate's response/reply. (It is the policy of ITCRS that all candidate replies be supported with a written and signed text document). Candidate replies will be specifically presented to an employer as requested by the candidate.

    Counteroffer Mediation:
    In the event that there should there be a difference between the candidate and the employer over the starting compensation package, ITCRS offers to mediate and make counteroffers back and forth to each party until an agreement can be reached, or until one of the parties withdraws from the negotiations.

    An ITCRS placement specialist will collect and document the counter offer information from the employer. After documentation is completed, the employer must approve the final draft detailing the counteroffer. (It is the policy of ITCRS that all job/position counteroffers must be supported with a written and signed text document). ITCRS will then contact the candidate and present the counteroffer as specifically requested by the employer.

    The employer will be notified within one business day of the candidate's response/reply to the counter offer. (It is the policy of ITCRS that all candidate replies to counteroffers be supported with a written and signed text document). Candidate replies to counteroffers will be specifically presented to an employer as requested by the candidate.

    Employee Training:
    ITCRS provides to employers an evaluation and consultation service on employee education and training.

    In many cases, IT employees may not possess the required skills or qualifications to work on specific project assignments or contracts. In addition, keeping employees skilled in emerging technologies is usually an important priority for companies.

    ITCRS will evaluate and determine what skill sets are needed for an employee to effectively work on specific hardware, software, network and security applications, or on emerging technologies. If the employer's IT staff is deficient in skill sets in any area, ITCRS will locate and recommend educational facilities that offer courses or training programs in the employer's specific area of technical need. If desired, ITCRS will coordinate the scheduling and registration of the company's employees for onsite or offsite training.

    Employers or employees will be directly responsible for covering the cost of training or tuition.
