Once the recruiter has located candidates they want to interview, they can purchase the candidate's contact information. Before purchasing, the recruiter "should verify" that the candidate is still seeking an employment opportunity, and is available to interview. With a simple mouse click, the recruiter can use the ITCRS candidate verification service (Free) to perform this function.

Employers can place an employment advertisement (a job listing) on our site for (Free). Just register as an employer, and gain immediate access to place your job listings. Employment ads are posted in our open job listing register. Job seekers have (Free) access to our database of job listings. They use our job search engine to locate specific types of IT jobs. They can search by job title, salary range, location, skill requirements, etc. When viewing a job listing, the employer's company name and phone number is not displayed in the ad.

When a candidate has located a job or position, they simply click to apply. Immediately an email notice is sent to the employer that a candidate has applied for their position. The email will contain a URL link directly to the candidate's employment profile. This will enable the recruiter to view and evaluate the candidate's qualifications and background. Once the recruiter has located a candidate they want to interview, they can purchase the candidate's contact information.
ITCRS provides the recruiter with an option to email an acknowledgment to the applicant that their employment profile has been accessed and evaluated. A simple mouse click will allow the recruiter to perform this function (Free).
