Conference Room Rentals:
ITCRS offers private, executive style conference rooms for interviewing, employee training, mediations, business meetings, or to hold a private, confidential conference. We are conveniently located in Rocky Point Orion Center building near the Tampa International Airport.

We have three difference sizes of conference rooms available. Each is equipped with: Wall mounted dry eraser display boards, T-1 Internet connections, telephone and video conferencing equipment, power point presentation ready, clerical support services (including photo copying and faxing) and refreshments are available upon request. Lunches can be served during conference room meetings upon request. (Pre scheduling is required).

Conference Rooms for hosting 2 to 6 people rent for $150 per hour, a larger conference room that can host up to 14 people rents for $200 per hour. Discount rates are available for all day or weekly rentals. (An executive style breakroom is also available with wide screen plasma TV, kitchen, and a lunch dining area, telephone, and refreshments).
