For The Employer
ITCRS maintains an extensive database of skilled IT professionals. These men and women possess a diversity of IT skills and credentials e.g. two-four year college degrees, technical school degrees, IT certifications, and have proven hands on industry experience. Many of our IT professionals possess a high level of expertise and can be selected to support different levels of information technology. ITCRS offers both onsite and offsite technical support options.
For remote offsite technical support we offer E-support. One of our specialized IT technicians can logon to your computer remotely through the internet by using our Virtual Network Computing (VNC) server for remote control access. Once you have granted access approval to the remote technician, they can logon to your computer, locate and evaluate the problem, and repair it. (In most cases, it takes less then an hour).
The Right Technical Support Personnel
Finding the right IT professional to provide a specialized area of technical support is not always easy. The support technician must have familiarity and established skill sets that match the specific application or platform requiring technical support.
Selection of Technical Support Personnel
ITCRS project managers possess the expertise to evaluate the technical support requirements of specific applications, and match qualified personnel that can effectively provide support. With our extensive database of IT professionals, we can usually locate qualified technical support personnel within a short period of time.
This allows the employer to quickly locate, evaluate, and hire
the technical support personnel that fits their needs.
